Melanie Martinez is bringing her upcoming fourth studio album, HADES, to the live stage with a series of special live performances in Los Angeles, New York, and Mexico City. Ahead of the album’s March 27 release, fans who want to get early access to presale tickets have only one option. See all the presale details and everything you need to know about the HADES shows below.
Melanie will perform two nights in Los Angeles at The United Theater on Broadway, along with two shows in Mexico City at Teatro de la Ciudad, and one show at the United Palace in New York City. These limited performances will sell out.

About the Shows
Melanie will perform her new album HADES with a full band, including strings, in what’s being billed as an intimate, community-focused experience. She previously announced sold-out listening events in London, Amsterdam, and Toronto; however, these shows are not listening events; they’re full-on live performances, in the flesh.
With such a special performance and the production that comes with it, it’s no surprise Melanie chose only a handful of concerts across different markets. Despite her 2023 Trilogy Tour being much more expansive, fans need not worry. We’re sure a proper tour across the U.S. and abroad will follow this special run.
Be sure to subscribe to the Grimy Goods newsletter for concert ticket giveaways and music news. Who knows, we just might give away tickets to Melanie’s shows again.
How to Get a Presale Code
Fans can sign up now to join Melanie Martinez’s artist presale. The presale sign-up window will close on Wednesday, March 11, at 11 PM ET / 8 PM PT. Instead of a presale code, fans who sign up in time will be granted presale access beginning Friday, March 13 at 12 PM local time.
The artist presale appears to be the only way to get tickets as a general on sale is currently not listed on the Ticketmaster and AXS event pages, except for Mexico. There will also be a general on sale on Mar 13 at 4PM local time for Melanie’s shows in Mexico City.
Face Value Ticket Policy — No Scalping
In an effort to fight those awful ticket scalpers and keep ticket pricing fair and accessible, Melanie is using Face Value Exchange.
- Los Angeles — Tickets purchased on AXS.com are non-transferable and can only be resold at face value on AXS
- New York & Mexico City — Tickets purchased on Ticketmaster are non-transferable and can only be resold at face value on Ticketmaster
- New York exception — Due to state law, tickets can be transferred, but Ticketmaster will still enforce face value resale pricing on its platform
