We’re not just calling to say we love you (though, honestly, we do) — Stevie Wonder is marking 50 years of Songs In The Key of Life, and Los Angeles gets the last word. If you’re hoping for presale tickets, we have some details to share.
Stevie Wonder has announced the Songs In The Key of Life Performances – 50th Anniversary Tour, closing out its run at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026. The show features the twenty-five time GRAMMY® winner performing the entire Songs In The Key of Life album live, in support of his House Full of Toys charity drive. Wonder has mesmerized L.A. crowds before, and this run puts the full album front and center for the first time in years.
The tour also stops at Madison Square Garden in New York on Nov. 19, United Center in Chicago on Nov. 21, Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. on Nov. 23, and the Fox Theatre in Detroit on Dec. 8, before wrapping in LA. The run opens overseas first, with UK and European dates beginning Oct. 13 in Birmingham.
Songs In The Key of Life was originally released in 1976 and earned Wonder the third of his three GRAMMY® Awards for Album of the Year. It went Diamond (10+ million copies sold) and was inducted into the Library of Congress’ National Recording Registry. Tracks like “As,” “Love’s in Need of Love Today,” “Sir Duke” and “Isn’t She Lovely” are beloved classics.
Is there a Stevie Wonder presale?
We hate to be the ones to break it to you, but there’s no official artist presale listed for the North American dates. Checking the Ticketmaster event pages for each city doesn’t show a presale code column for U.S. shows.
That said, some shows are showing special ticket access outside a standard presale. The New York date at Madison Square Garden is showing Chase Cardholder Preferred Tickets and Verizon Shine Featured Venues access. That doesn’t mean there’s a separate early on-sale date — it usually means Chase cardholders and Verizon members get first access to a block of seats once tickets go live.
For the UK and European dates, there is an official presale: it starts Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. local time, ahead of the Friday, Sept. 11 general on-sale.
If a venue presale pops up for one of the U.S. shows, it typically surfaces the day before general on-sale or an hour or two beforehand, so it’s worth watching each venue’s own newsletter and Instagram close to the date.
How to get Stevie Wonder tickets
General on-sale for North America (excluding Detroit) begins Thursday, Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. local time. Detroit’s on-sale follows on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets are available through Stevie Wonder’s official Ticketmaster event page.
Concertgoers are asked to bring an unwrapped toy or gift as part of Wonder’s House Full of Toys charity benefit, supporting children, people with disabilities, and families in need through his We Are You Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
