The new tour from Burna Boy is in support of his recently released seventh studio album I Told Them… which has rocketed the Nigerian artist into the spotlight and propelled them onto landmark stages. One of the album’s fan favorites — “City Boys” — also got a music video directed by 20K with a cameo from Quavo. The film highlights both the revelatory swagger that Burna Boy tends to effortlessly release, flashing between shots of him dancing with fans and driving through the streets, celebrating his rise and his country in one breath.

What Is The Burna Boy Presale Code?
Fans who want to purchase tickets for Burna Boy through presales have a couple of options to do so. The Citi® Cardmember and Official Platinum presales are already open!
Citi® Cardmember Presale
The Citi® presale started Tuesday, September 26th at 10am local time. You will need to be a Citi® card member to access this presale. The first thing you want to do is select your desired tour date for Burna Boy. You will then use the first 6 digits of your Citi® credit card or Citibank® Debit Card as the presale code.
Live Nation Presale
The promoter presale opens on Thursday, September 28th at 10am local time. If you want to access the Live Nation presale, select your preferred Burna Boy tour date, then use the following presale code: STUDIO.
Official Platinum Presale

What Are Official Platinum Tickets?
If you see expensive tickets that are not VIP packages, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are offered well over standard ticket prices, which is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) have priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down and usually goes up.
Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is that they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert easy if you’re willing to shed the extra cash. They can sometimes be purchased during a presale without a presale code. Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.
Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets
First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.
Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!
What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?
If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if any resale tickets are available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.
Also, more standard tickets are often released in the weeks leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Oasis, Nine Inch Nails, BLACKPINK, and many more. These tickets are normally production release tickets and sideview/limited-view tickets. It’s a secret gatekept by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
