One of the biggest days for sports and music takes place this weekend with the kick-off of Super Bowl LVIII. The San Francisco 49ers will challenge the Kansas City Chiefs in their attempt at another Lombardi Trophy, with R&B legend Usher taking the stage during halftime to give what will no doubt be an unforgettable roundup of his greatest hits. Pre-game performers will include Reba McEntire, Post Malone, and Andra Day. It all goes down at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV this Sunday, February 11th at 3:30pm PST.

Who is Performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show?

After last year’s show-stopping appearance by Rihanna, the bar for Super Bowl Halftime shows has risen to irrevocable and unattainable heights for mere mortals. That being said — if there ever was a man to make a convincing leap for those zeniths — it would have to be Usher. With a catalog overflowing with bonafide hits dripping with irresistible nostalgia and the moves to make any human being on earth swoon, there’s no way his performance won’t absolutely burn that stadium down.

He’s also promised to roller-skate during the show — an act that became a much-loved piece of choreography from his recent Las Vegas residency. And you already know his 13-minute will also feature a few yet-to-be-revealed special guests.

There will also be a trio of performers who will launch the pre-game festivities: Country Music Hall of Famer Reba McEntire will sing the National Anthem, Grammy-nominated rap revolutionary Post Malone will deliver a rendition of “America the Beautiful,” and Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Andra Day will sing “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”
