Billie Eilish has announced 23 additional arena dates for her sold-out HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR. The tour, which began in 2024, has announced its second U.S. leg this fall will include stops in San Francisco, Miami, Orlando, Raleigh, and New Orleans, among others. It will now have a total of 106 dates, concluding on November 23 at the Chase Center in San Francisco. Similar to the first leg of her U.S. tour, fans can get Billie Eilish presale tickets with American Express or an artist presale code.
Additionally, Billie Eilish will also head to Japan for two nights at Tokyo’s Saitama Super Arena on August 16 and 17.
Fans can get presale tickets to Billie Eilish‘s new U.S. tour dates at the beginning Tuesday, May 20, at noon local time through the American Express presale.
A Billie Eilish fan presale will also take place on Tuesday, May 20, at noon local time. If you’re eligible for the fan presale (meaning you’ve signed up for her past tour presales), you should have already received your unique presale code.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Thursday, May 22, at 12pm local time.

How To Get Billie Eilish Presale Tickets with American Express
First, it’s important to know that all Billie Eilish tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster. Do not purchase them from anywhere else because they will not be valid.
With her previously announced three Kia Forum tour dates, Eilish enforced that all her concert tickets be non-transferable once purchased so scalpers couldn’t resell them. She will do the same with these new tour dates. If a fan who bought a ticket can no longer make it to her show, they can resell it to another fan at the original price paid, but only through Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange.
There are two different American Express presales for Billie Eilish’s tour: American Express Presale and American Express® Preferred Access. Both AMEX presales begin Tuesday, May 20, at 12pm local time and will be accessible through Eilish’s Ticketmaster event page. All you need to do is select your tour date and have your American Express card handy.
American Express Presale
We love the American Express Presale (aka American Express Early Access) because it makes buying presale tickets to high-demand tours a piece of cake. Once you add your American Express card to your billing details in your Ticketmaster account, you will not need to take any further action, except to select your preferred tour date once the presale begins. From there on, it’s all automatic. You don’t need to enter a presale code or any other information. Simply select your tour date and then choose your ticket type, and you’re done! You’ll have instant access to purchasing Billie Eilish presale tickets.
American Express® Preferred Access
Your other option is the American Express® Preferred Access presale. This presale is essentially the same as the American Express Presale, but you actually need to enter a code. Select seats are saved just for this presale. When you select your Billie Eilish tour date and decide to go for this AMEX presale, you will be asked to enter the 10-digit phone number on the back of your American Express card. Once you do that, you’ll have instant access to select AMEX presale seats.
Pro tip: select both American Express presale options and snag the ticket(s) that best suit your needs.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets
First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.
Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!
