Billie Eilish tickets have officially gone on sale. The “Ocean Eyes” singer announced her massive Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour on Monday including three shows in cities like Los Angeles and New York. The first presale kicked off today at 12pm local time, with tour dates on sale through Billie’s Artist presale, as well as the American Express presale. Ticket prices range from $69 to $518 + service fees and vary by city and venue.
With so many different presales happening, there can be some confusion about how the Billie Eilish presale works. First, rest assured: All official tickets will be sold via the official Ticketmaster event page for Billie. Do not resort to any third-party retail sellers like VividSeats and StubHub. You may see their ads when you search for “where to buy Billie Eilish tickets,” but do not be fooled. They don’t have any tickets; all tickets for Billie’s tour are officially sold via Ticketmaster and will be non-transferable. Billie does not want scalpers getting a hold of tickets meant for real fans. Scalpers often resell these tickets at secondary markets like VividSeats and StubHub.

How To Get a Billie Eilish Presale Code?
There are two different American Express presales for Billie Eilish’s tour: American Express® Early Access and American Express® Preferred Access. Both AMEX presales begin Tuesday, April 30, at 12pm local time and will be accessible through Eilish’s Ticketmaster event page. Billie Eilish artist presale codes were sent out on Monday morning, April 29. Fans who have previously registered for her tours were given a unique presale code. We highly recommend you sign up for her newsletter if you haven’t already done so. Artists often also send a unique presale code to fans who have subscribed to their mailing list. And if Billie decides to add additional tour dates, which she often does, those subscribed to her email list will be the first to know.
All presales will close on Friday, May 3 at 11am local time. Tickets will be sold to the general public on May 3 at 12pm local time (if any tickets remain after the presales).
