If you’re feeling a little “upside down,” consider turning things around with Jack Johnson’s SURFILMUSIC Tour, coming to a city near you in 2026.

Jack has a 43-date North American tour with two shows in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Bowl, two shows at the Santa Barbara Bowl, along with shows across the U.S. from San Diego to Chicago, all the way to Saratoga, New York, and more.

Hermanos Gutiérrez is opening for many of Jack Johnson’s tour dates along with Lake Street Dive and longtime friend, G. Love. 

The earliest opportunity to purchase tickets is through the Jack Johnson artist presale, which takes place on Monday, November 10, at 10:00 AM local time.

If you have a Citi card, you can also get presale tickets as early as Monday, November 10, at 12 PM local time.

To receive the Jack Johnson presale code, you can sign up for your preferred tour date via Seated. Once you sign up, you will receive the presale code approximately an hour before the artist presale begins. These are sent to you via text or email, depending on your preference for receiving them.

Citi card members can join the Citi card presale. It’s pretty easy. All you need to do is select your tour date via Jack Johnson’s Ticketmaster event page and use the first 6 digits of your Citi® credit card or Citibank® Debit Card as the presale code. Voila!

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, November 14, at 10 AM local time.

Do I Need To Get Presale Tickets?

No. You can purchase them during the general sale, but it all really depends on how badly you want to see Jack and whether you have the funds to get them on the presale date. Or perhaps you gotta wait until your next payday.

With most tours no longer selling out immediately, except for major arena pop acts like Sabrina Carpenter, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, or rock icons such as Oasis and Rush, the need for presale has become obsolete. Many tours are no longer selling out immediately, and some aren’t selling out at all. Sometimes, by waiting, you can get an excellent deal on tickets.

Various arena tours have had to resort to BOGO deals (buy-one-get-one-free), and some have had to downgrade their venues.

Getting Tickets After the Presale

While obtaining presale tickets is not necessary, you risk the show selling out and potentially being unable to secure general admission tickets. You would then have to resort to purchasing resale tickets, which can often be overpriced; however, that’s not always the case.

If you are a huge fan of Jack Johnson and/or haven’t seen him in quite some time, we recommend getting presale tickets. If not, we recommend waiting for the general on-sale or until you have the funds to purchase these tickets.

Look, times are tough; we get it. With concerts becoming exceedingly overpriced, including service fees and the like, this luxury is becoming harder than ever for the majority of people and fans.
