A couple weeks ago we shared a gorgeous new song (“A New Life”) from My Morning Jacket frontman, Jim James. “A New Life” is from Jim James’ solo project Regions of Light and Sound of God coming out February 5th, 2013. The album demonstrates James’ soulful songwriting, his captivating voice and showcases his talents as both a producer and engineer. Jim James just released the official video for this heartfelt song and you can watch it in all its beautiful entirety below. Similar to its lyrics, the video pictures Jim James alone in a dark room while he finally takes the step to open a door into “a new life.” We get it, but what about with the chick wearing a buffalo head, Jim James?
