Now this is a celebration that Maynard Keenan fans will not want to miss. In celebration of Maynard’s 50 years of life, he is putting on quite the “Cinquanta” performance. His 50th birthday celebration will feature performances from Puscifer, A Perfect Circle and Failure on May 10 at the Greek Theatre. Along with a steadily growing list of surprise guest appearances — Failure — who Keenan has said he personally asked for a reunion show as a birthday gift, will perform at his birthday celebration.
Tickets to Puscifer, A Perfect Circle and Failure the Greek Theatre are priced at $35-$65 and the show is all-ages with doors at 6:30pm. Tickets are on-sale this Friday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. pacific. “Making it to the half century mark can be equal parts daunting and relieving,” explained Keenan. “I figured I would remove the sting of officially being referred to as ‘Gramps’ by throwing a party and outlasting all of my rude friends.”
