11. Girlpool – (To Be Announced)
We’ve covered this new L.A. duo a few times this past year, including one of their recent residencies at the Echo. They just released their remastered debut EP off Wichita Records this past November and rumor has it the ladies will be putting out their debut full-length some time in 2015.

 

12. Beach House – (To Be Announced)
On their recent Northern Exposure Tour, Beach House shared a (new) gorgeously dreamy ballad at Lee’s Palace this past October 3. It seems the duo are currently working on their new album.

13. Grimes – (To Be Announced — 4AD)
After releasing her new single, “Go” last June which was originally written for Rihanna (and which fans hated), Grimes decided to scrap all the work on her new album and start fresh (“because it sucked”).

 

14. Death Grips – The Powers That B (Third Worlds/Harvest, TBA)
Back in October, Death Grips (who recently called it quits) shared via their Facebook that they completed their new double album, The Powers That B and that release dates would be coming soon.

 

15. Run The Jewels – RTJ3 (TBA)
2014 was definitely the year for Run The Jewels. Sticking to their workflow of putting out a RTJ album each year, the duo shared on an NME Q&A that they will begin working on RTJ3 in January. El-P also confirmed that he’ll be meeting up in Los Angeles to work with Zach De La Rocha again.

16.  Band Of Horses — (To Be Announced)
The band recently announced via their Facebook that they are currently in the studio working on a new album that they hope to release later in the coming year. The album is being produced by Jason Lytle of Grandaddy.
