Lauded by fans and musicians alike, as one of the most influential post-punk rock bands, Television are making their way to Los Angeles for a headlining show date at the new Los Angeles venue, Teragram Ballroom. Television will perform at the Teragram Ballroom on Thursday, July 2. This past summer, Television toured Europe and performed their 1977 debut album, Marquee Moon in all its entirety. Now the iconic New York band has added a select amount of North American tour dates. Television’s North American tour will kick off on June 23 in Seattle and will include show dates San Francisco and Cananda, in addition to their L.A. date.
Tickets to Television at the Teragram Ballroom are priced at $35. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, May 15 at 10am.
The Teragram Ballroom is the newest venue to sprout in Downtown Los Angeles. LA business owner, Joe Baxley (Broadway Bar) teamed up with New York City music impresario Michael Swier and the Bowery Ballroom / Mercury Lounge team (Michael Winsch / Brian Swier), to deliver the latest mid-sized venue in Los Angeles. The venue will launch its first official show on May 31 with Spoon.
