The-Claypool-Lennon-Delirium

The Claypool Lennon Delirium — the project of Primus vocalist/bassist Les Claypool and John Lennon’s son Sean Lennon — have announced a July 29 date at the Fonda Theatre.

They were already on a couple festival bills but now have a packed tour scheduled with full album Monolith of Phobos ready to drop June 3 via ATO, just a week before they play this year’s Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tennessee. The live band features Beastie Boys touring member Mark Ramos Nishita, as well as Paul Baldi. Claypool and Lennon toured together last year with Lennon’s Ghost of a Sabertooth Tiger opening for Primus.

Tickets to the July 29 date at the Fonda Theatre are priced at $35.50 and go on sale Wednesday, March 23 to American Express cardholders at 10 AM Pacific Time. Pre-sale tickets go on sale the following day, March 24, at 10 AM PT, the password is CRICKET. The general sale begins Friday, March 25 at 10 AM. Doors are at 8 PM with the show beginning at 9 PM.
