white lung

Canadian punk rockers White Lung will return to Los Angeles after conquering SXSW last month. The trio will play the Teragram Ballroom on July 8 and have also shared a new song off their upcoming album Paradise, due out May 6 via Domino Records.

“‘Kiss Me When I Bleed’ is about pride,” frontwoman Mish Barber-Way said of the new track. “That kind of steadfast, I-don’t-give-a-fuck-I’m-in-love pride in that we all wish we had for someone. This song is my fairytale. Riches to rags and happily ever after because nothing else in this world really matters except love.”

If you want to read more about their upcoming record, there’s an awesome conversation between Barber-Way, Kenneth William and Annie Clark aka St. Vincent that can be read here.

The Teragram Ballroom show kicks off a tour across the United States for the trio that ends in August in San Francisco. Tickets to the all-ages show are priced at $14.00 and are on sale now. The doors are at 8 PM with the show starting at 9 PM.
