As our writer Steven Ward noted, British songstress Låpsley ‘s debut album Long Way Home is sublime. In fact we dig her powerful pop, alt-R&B ballads (including her lush cover of The Weeknd’s “The Hills”) so much that we we featured her as a Must-See Coachella Undercard this year. Can’t make it to Coachella? No worries! Låpsley is headlining the El Rey Theatre on Thursday, April 21st so you don’t have to trek out to the desert, you can catch her live right here in Los Angeles.
