There’s just too many excellent concerts in Los Angeles. From punk to pop, blues and soul, you can dive into a show of your choosing on any given night. Many of you are familiar with our monthly feature for the best Los Angeles concerts of the month which highlights concerts in July ranging from mainstream, mainstream indie and underground. What started with maybe 20 acts highlighted each month, has now grown to 40 and sometimes 50; and that’s still not enough. The past couple years we have seen at least a dozen new venues open up in Los Angeles; and with more venues comes more music. With that said, Grimy Goods decided to start another monthly feature that focuses on what we’ve been doing since 2008, discovering new acts and introducing to them to music-lovers.
