One of our favorite Los Angeles singer-songwriters, Lauren Ruth Ward, is getting a January residency at The Echo and we couldn’t be more thrilled! As mentioned in our February Hot Band Alert featuring Lauren Ruth Ward, now her music is spreading through LA like wildfire. She only moved to the west coast from her hometown of Baltimore two years ago, but has already played all the underground venue staples across the city. She has been promoting her eponymous EP for the past year, demonstrating to all Angelenos that she and her wonderfully gritty voice are here to stay. Now Lauren Ruth Ward is ready to roll out her debut album, Well Hell, on February 9 via Weekday Records. To celebrate the new album, Lauren Ruth Ward will be rocking out at The Echo every Monday this January, and trust, you don’t want to miss out on any of her shows.
