Pressing pieces of rock and lo-fi into the grooves of R&B and hip-hop — and we mean really smoothing them in — Isioma has found a niche all their own. With Isioma’s latest release, “HUH?” the artist keeps it funky with those slick R&B vibes worthy of endless handclaps. Chillin’ with friends and steppin’ into the groove as a “Dreamer”– the song comes to life in the video which flourishes in retro technicolor. Calling out “fake muthafuckas” — if you’re not a part of the movement, keep on moving.
