LA’s beloved Local Natives made their pandemic return last Saturday at the Greek Theatre Los Angeles. The sold-out performance was a touching one, as fans throughout the entire venue reveled in the beautiful serenades of Local Natives. Those lucky to attend this special performance were seen crying, smiling, hugging, singing in camaraderie — and just feeling all the feels. Local Natives have always been that type of band that could make you feel a wide range of emotions, and Saturday’s show was the first in almost 2 years for many. The feels were next level.

Opening with “Wide Eyes” off their debut album, Gorilla Manor — fans knew right from the welcoming jump, that it was going to be a very special Local Natives show. Instantly making fans feel more alive than they’ve felt in quite some time, the loving energy throughout the venue could easily be felt.
Opening for Local Natives were Cherry Glazerr — another LA fave who we’ve seen grow since their early days as young high school kids. Led by Clementine Creevy with a lineup of band members that always seem to change — Cherry Glazerr is without a doubt an angsty voice of new generation. Sad, confused, mad, funny — Creevy busts out a wide range of vibes in her music that can easily be felt with her live shows. Check out photos from both stellar acts below!
