On the touching ballad, Hues’ characteristically vibrant vocalizations take center stage against a backdrop of glowing guitar plucks and the snap of drums as she dwells on immense love and sorrow. Lush, heartbreaking, and not without invigorating passion, “Breakfast” envelops fans in the warm embrace of Hues’ dulcet cries. Performing the single for COLORSxSTUDIOS, a music platform designed to showcase talent from around the world, the Pasadena artist puts her full vocal prowess on display in the video as she belts out the song’s powerful lines.
