LL COOL J. is headed on tour with a new hip hop extravaganza called The F.O.R.C.E. (Frequencies of Real Creative Energy). Presented by Rock The Bells & Live Nation Urban, The F.O.R.C.E. will feature a headline performance by hip hop great, LL COOL J, along with performances by hip-hop greats, curated by none other than LL. This landmark tour will signal LL COOL J’s first headline arena tour in 30 years.

Also performing at The F.O.R.C.E. will be The Roots, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and DJ Z-Trip. In select cities, the The F.O.R.C.E. lineup will also featrue performances by Salt-N-Pepa, Queen Latifah, Rakim, Common, MC Lyte,Method Man & Redman, Big Boi, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Ice T, Juvenile, Doug E. Fresh, Slick Rick, De La Soul, Goodie Mob, Jadakiss, Rick Ross and more.

The F.O.R.C.E. tour will jump off on June 25 in Boston, MA at TD Garden. Additional tour stops inlcude a Los Angeles date at the KIA Forum on Sept. 3, as well as shows in San Francisco, Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Brooklyn and more.

Unique to the traditional format of concerts and festivals where there are “opening acts” and a “headliner” — The F.O.R.C.E. will be a nonstop musical mash up with artist performances interwoven within one continuous musical set backed by The Roots.

CITI PRESALE

A Citi Card presale will begin on Tuesday, April 25 at 12pm local time. If you have a Citi card, you can take part in this presale now! Select your tour date, and use the first 6 digits of your Citi® credit card or Citibank® Debit Card as the presale code.

OFFICIAL PLATINUM PRESALE

VERIZON UP PRESALE

Verizon will offer an exclusive presale through the customer loyalty program Verizon Up. Members will have access to purchase presale tickets for select shows beginning Tuesday, April 25 at 12pm local time. Select a tour date near you, you’ll next see the “Verizon Up Presale Tickets” option and you will be asked to connect your account to unlock the presale.

What Are Those Official Platinum Tickets?

If you’re seeing very expensive tickets that are not VIP, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are very expensive and are offered well over the standard ticket prices. They’re the kind of ticket pricing that is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) has priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down, and it usually goes up.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert very easy if you’re willing to shed the extra coin. They can be bought during a presale without a presale code (doesn’t always apply to Verified Fan). Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.
