Doja Cat has revealed new tour dates for fall 2023 with the announcement of The Scarlet Tou r. Tickets for the tour go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 30th at 10am local time. Doja Cat will start her 24-date tour in San Francisco before traveling to the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles and Anaheim’s Honda Center. Other west coast dates include the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and San Diego’s Viejas Arena.

The GRAMMY-award-winning artist has spent the better part of 2023 gracing stages from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and multiple award shows. The Scarlet Tour will see Doja Cat joined on select dates by powerhouse singer/songwriter/rapper Doechii and meteoric newcomer Ice Spice. She also just released a new track last week in the form of the sensual and sizzling “Attention,” which also came with a music video directed by Tanu Muino that sees the artist relishing her well-earned bravado as she struts down Broadway beneath the marquee of the Los Angeles Theatre.

When Do Doja Cat Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets to Doja Cat‘s 2023 tour cost $79 t0 $199+ for general admission tickets (give or take depending on venue and city). Don’t forget those service fees! Doja Cat tickets go on sale through the Verified Fan presale starting Wednesday, June 28th at 10am local time (learn more about Verified Fan below). VIP tickets and packages will also be included in this presale.

The remaining tickets will be released for the general public onsale Friday, June 30th at 10am local time.

What Is Ticketmaster Verified Fan?

Ticketmaster Verified Fan is a quick registration process that helps filter out annoying scalpers in an effort to get more tickets into the hands of real fans, who plan on using their tickets to attend the show as opposed to reselling them for an inflated price.

While Ticketmaster Verified Fan does not guarantee that every fan will get a ticket, it does attempt to make the ticket buying experience fairer by making it harder for scalpers who use bots to have any success with buying tickets.

Banning the transfer of tickets and making sure there is no dynamic pricing is the best way an artist can ensure their fans are getting a 100 percent fair shot at scoring a ticket to a tour that will sell out.

What Is The Doja Cat Presale Code?

Fans who want to purchase tickets through available presales have a couple of options to do so. A best practice would be to select your preferred Doja Cat tour date and bookmark the page for quicker access once presales begin.

Verified Fan Presale

The Verified Fan presale opens Wednesday, June 28th at 10am local time through Thursday, June 29th at 10pm local time. In order to take part in this presale, you need to sign up for Ticketmaster Verified Fan. Fans can register now through Sunday, June 25th at 10pm local time.

VIP Package Presale

The VIP Package presale starts Wednesday, June 28th at 10am local time and ends Thursday, June 29th at 10pm local time.

What Are Those Official Platinum Tickets?

If you’re seeing very expensive tickets that are not VIP, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are very expensive and are offered well over the standard ticket prices. They’re the kind of ticket pricing that is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) has priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down, and it usually goes up.

Artists can choose not to offer Official Platinum or limit the amount for charity purposes. The Cure, Pearl Jam and U2 have all been recognized as artists that don’t use these dynamic pricing tactics.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert very easy if you’re willing to shed the extra coin. They can be bought during a presale without a presale code (doesn’t always apply to Verified Fan). Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.

If money is not an object, you should definitely bank on the convenience of getting Official Platinum tickets.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) at least 15 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before!

Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resell tickets through Ticketmaster’s resell program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if they have any resell tickets available. We recommend you compare the three options and find out which works best for you.

Alternatively, you can hit it old school style and show up at the concert when the box office opens and wish upon a star that they release more tickets, or hopefully, another concert-goer has an extra ticket to sell at face-value or even giveaway for free.
