Doja Cat will start her 24-date tour in San Francisco before traveling to the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles and Anaheim’s Honda Center. Other west coast dates include the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and San Diego’s Viejas Arena.

The GRAMMY-award-winning artist has spent the better part of 2023 gracing stages from the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and multiple award shows. The Scarlet Tour will see Doja Cat joined on select dates by powerhouse singer/songwriter/rapper Doechii and meteoric newcomer Ice Spice. She also just released a new track last week in the form of the sensual and sizzling “Attention,” which also came with a music video directed by Tanu Muino that sees the artist relishing her well-earned bravado as she struts down Broadway beneath the marquee of the Los Angeles Theatre.

Tickets to Doja Cat‘s 2023 tour cost $79 t0 $199+ for general admission tickets (give or take depending on venue and city). Don’t forget those service fees! Doja Cat tickets go on sale through the Verified Fan presale starting Wednesday, June 28th at 10am local time (learn more about Verified Fan below). Ticketmaster Verified Fan is a quick registration process that helps filter out annoying scalpers in an effort to get more tickets into the hands of real fans who plan on using their tickets to attend the show as opposed to reselling them for an inflated price.

While Ticketmaster Verified Fan does not guarantee that every fan will get a ticket, it does attempt to make the ticket-buying experience fairer by making it harder for scalpers who use bots to have any success with buying tickets.

Unfortunately, Verified Fan still is not scalper-free as we constantly see resell tickets on sites like VividSeats and StubHub from tours that had Verified Fan Registration.

The best way to make sure scalpers are not getting their hands on high-demand shows is for artists to choose to take the same route as Robert Smith of The Cure and Pearl Jam. Banning the transfer of tickets and making sure there is no dynamic pricing is the best way an artist can ensure their fans are getting a 100 percent fair shot at scoring a ticket to a tour that will sell out.

What Are Official Platinum Tickets?

If you see expensive tickets that are not VIP packages, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are offered well over standard ticket prices, which is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) have priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down and usually goes up.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is that they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert easy if you’re willing to shed the extra cash. They can sometimes be purchased during a presale without a presale code. Availability and pricing for official platinum tickets are subject to change based on demand.

Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets

First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) 30 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.

Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!

What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out?

If tickets sell out, your other option is to buy them via online resellers like VividSeats or StubHub. When all else fails, we prefer these resell options because both offer a 100% Guarantee. You can also purchase resale tickets through Ticketmaster’s resale program. Just search for the concert or event you want to attend, and see if any resale tickets are available. We recommend comparing the three options to determine which one works best for you.

Also, more standard tickets are often released in the weeks leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Oasis, Nine Inch Nails, BLACKPINK, and many more. These tickets are normally production release tickets and sideview/limited-view tickets. It’s a secret gatekept by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
