The very first Best Friends Forever Festival is looking to give emo kids something new to cry about as the inaugural festival reveals its 2024 lineup. Rounding up a host of bands from the 90s and early 00s that include Bright Eyes, Sunny Day Real Estate, Cap’n Jazz, The Jesus Lizard, Unwound, The Dismemberment Plan, Built To Spill, American Football, The Get Up Kids, and many more!

When and Where Is Best Friends Forever?
Best Friends Forever takes place Friday, October 11th through Sunday, October 13th at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center in Las Vegas, NV. The open-air festival grounds are located near Fremont Street and will feature two stages.
When Do Tickets For Best Friends Forever Go On Sale?
Tickets for Best Friends Forever go on sale Thursday, February 29th at 10am PST.
A presale for the festival will open on Wednesday, February 28th at 10am PST. Fans who want to participate in the presale must sign up on the festival’s official website. You can also check back here for the presale code once it becomes available!
How Much Are Tickets To Best Friends Forever?
Those looking to attend Best Friends Forever 2024 will choose between 3-day ticket options: GA, GA PLUS, and VIP. Single-day passes will be available at a later date. Each ticket type can be paid via a payment plan starting at just $65 down. All ages are welcome!
GA ($199 + fees)
The 3-day GA pass will allow you entry into the festival but no re-entry.
GA PLUS ($249 + fees)
The 3-day GA PLUS will grant you entry into the festival as well as re-entry should you need to leave and come back.
VIP ($299 + fees)
The 3-day VIP pass includes expedited entrance into the festival, access to the VIP viewing area, access to VIP bathrooms, and unlimited re-entry.
Hotel Packages
3-Day Package ($354): choose your 3-day pass (GA, GA+, VIP), a 3-4 night stay, and enjoy a Thursday night welcome party.
Single-Day Package ($218): choose your single-day pass (GA, GA+, VIP), 2-3 night hotel stay, and get access to the Thursday night welcome party.
VIP Cabana Package ($17,114): 3-day VIP Cabana, (8) 3-Day VIP tickets, all Cabana perks ($1,000 drink credit, shaded lounge area, air-conditioned bathrooms, access to an elevated viewing platform).
Here For The Party ($94): No ticket is included in this package just a 3-4 night hotel stay and the Thursday night welcome party.

What We Love About Best Friends Forever
As the latest event to play into the nostalgia of music lovers, Best Friends Forever 2024 brings all the yearning of those bands to the festival stage. Unlike some of the others though this one will take place over three days — a fitting setup given it will take place in Las Vegas — allowing attendees to take in not just the stellar lineup but also the entire experience. If you’ve never been to a festival in Sin City it truly is a one-of-a-kind experience that isn’t to be understated, especially one taking place so close to Fremont Street.
As for the festival itself, it’s hard to predict what will go right or wrong, but you can bet that its stacked lineup is a good sign. The fact that many of the bands have either broken up or reunited in the last few decades adds a thrill to see them return to the stage for an event that seeks to celebrate the pitch-black heart of the emo/indie music community.
