Earlier this year, Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, released a digital expanded version of Good News For People Who Love Bad News on the album’s anniversary. This 20th Anniversary Expanded Edition includes eight bonus tracks, with new remixes from artists such as Poolside, Jacknife Lee, Dan the Automator, and MGMT’s Andrew VanWyngarden. The album has also been reissued on vinyl in opaque baby pink and opaque spring green, and the package contains an alternate album cover, an 8-page booklet, and five of the new remixes.

Grimy Goods caught Modest Mouse live at the Hollywood Bowl in 2023, opening for the Pixies, and it was incredibly nostalgic (see the video below for a clip from the show). If you’re a fan, you can’t miss this chance to see them in an intimate place like The Bellwether. Get your tickets before they sell out.
