It looks like Shakira has once again rescheduled her tour, this time in Los Angeles. Shakira was scheduled to perform at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood on Friday, June 20, 2025. The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer has moved her LA tour date to Monday, August 4, 2025..
Several fans with tickets to the show have reported receiving an email from Ticketmaster with a subject line that read “Shakira – Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran – World Tour Has Been Rescheduled.” The email then stated the following:
“Your event has been rescheduled. Don’t worry, your tickets are still valid.”
“We’ve worked with the Event Organizer to reschedule your event and make sure you still have the chance to attend. Your tickets are still valid for the new date.”

Fans who can no longer make it to Shakira’s newly rescheduled show have through June 19, 2025, to choose a refund.
Neither Shakira nor tour promoter Live Nation has released an official statement as to why the concert was rescheduled. Fans received the email from Ticketmaster on the morning of Thursday, June 12. Some are speculating that it is due to the ongoing protests happening in Downtown Los Angeles; however, SoFi Stadium is 12 miles away in Inglewood, where there is no protest curfew.

Right from the start, Shakira’s tour was full of postponements and cancellations. Just this past Friday, the Shakira concert at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, was postponed, “due to structural issues” with her stage.
In May, Shakira’s concert in Washington, D.C., as part of WorldPride DC was canceled due to “complications with the previous show in Boston.” The tour production, including all aspects of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran stage design and equipment, couldn’t be transported to DC in time, after her Boston concert at Fenway Park was canceled due to unforeseen structural issues with the stage.
All these cancellations and rescheduled dates come after fans were hit with the first big disappointment after Shak moved her 2024 North American tour to 2025 to upgrade the venues from arenas to stadiums.
The excitement for Shakira’s tour was at an all-time high when she announced her 2024 tour during a surprise Coachella performance. The good news arrived after several hints and teasers throughout 2023. Fast forward to 2025, and Shakira’s North American tour has been disappointing many fans, and they’ve been speaking up.
“I’ve traveled TWICE from Denver — first to Medellín in February and now to San Antonio — just to see Shakira, and BOTH concerts were cancelled last minute. Flights, hotels, food, PTO — all wasted. I worked and I saved for this. And what’s worse: these were last-minute cancellations! I’m sure her team knew about these “structural issues” ahead of time but only told fans at the very end. That’s SIX shows now canceled with the same excuse. This is not right. Fans like me deserve better. Someone needs to take responsibility and make this right.” ~ @caum18
