Conor Oberst has scheduled a Los Angeles concert date at the Greek Theatre on Sunday, October 5th with the iconic American country/folk singer-songwriter, John Prine. In 2010 Oberst was one of the modern folk artists selected to work on a very special tribute album released by Oh Boy Records and titled: Broken Hearts and Dirty Windows: The Songs of John Prine. In addition to performing some classic Prine songs, fans that buy tickets to John Prine and Conor Oberst at the Greek will surely hear new songs from Oberst’s, new album, Upside Down Mountain which is set for release on May 20th via Nonesuch Records. Tickets to John Prine and Conor Oberst at the Greek Theatre are priced at $29.50 – $59.50 and the show is all-ages. Tickets will go on sale this Saturday, May 17th at 10 a.m.
