How the Ticket Request Program Works
“Tell us what show you’re interested in and where you want to sit. Provide a credit card to complete your request. If your request is confirmed, your tickets will be charged to the card provided, and a link to claim your tickets will be sent to your email. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee that you will get a ticket, but it does offer fans the convenience of requesting tickets without competing in a first-come-first-served ticket sale.”
