Pearl Jam are headed on an extensive tour run of 2024 dates with their upcoming Dark Matter World Tour. As previously announced, Pearl Jam will travel to nine countries around the globe when it kicks off in North America this May.
Tickets for Pearl Jam go on sale on Friday, February 23rd at 10am local time, except Chicago. The onsale for Chicago will follow at 12pm local time.

Presale
Paid members of Pearl Jam’s Ten Club can request presale tickets now through Sunday, February 18, at 7am PT. As previously reported, the Ten Club presale began on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
Ten Club “Members-Only” presale ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis between the dates Monday, February 19 – Wednesday, February 21. Tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.
General Onsale
To purchase tickets for the Dark Matter World Tour, fans were required to register by Sunday, February 18th at 11:59pm PST.
If you missed the window, you’re sh*t out of luck. At this point you can wish upon a star that more Pearl Jame tour dates are added, which they more than likely will add more shows.
If you registered for your tickets, you should have received a confirmation email.
When Access Codes Will Be Sent
On Thursday, February 22nd, you will receive another email informing you if you were selected for ticket access or waitlisted. These are usually sent out in the late afternoon or evening. You should receive a text with your unique access code if you are chosen.
DO NOT SHARE YOU ACCESS CODE.
Those waitlisted might still be able to buy tickets if any remain. You will be notified by email if you were selected from the waitlist.
IMPORTANT!
Being the good guys that they are, Pearl Jam has put some serious restrictions on their ticket purchases so that scalpers can’t resell them.
North American, European, and U.K. tickets will feature all-in pricing, meaning the prices listed include all fees. In addition, fans in North America who can’t attend after purchasing tickets can sell them via Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange. These tickets cannot be sold on resell sites like VividSeats or StubHub.
Pearl Jam has also chosen to make tickets for this tour mobile only and restricted from transfer. This applies to all shows except those in Illinois and New York where non-transferability is prohibited by law. You must have a valid bank account or debit card within the country of the event(s) to sell through the Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange.
Pro Tips When Buying Your Tickets
First, on the day of the presale or general onsale (whichever you prefer), login to your Ticketmaster account (go to my account or sign in located on the upper right corner of the page) at least 15 minutes ahead of the sale time. If you don’t have one, create one now.
Be sure to add your billing info (aka credit card info) before jumping into the digital queue for a quick check-out. Once the presale starts, remain in the digital queue. Only use one browser window because using multiple browsers or devices and multiple accounts with the same phone number can result in errors. Trust, it’s happened to us before! Don’t refresh your page, do be patient, don’t leave your page, do get those tickets!
What To Do If Tickets Are Sold Out
Don’t waste your time buying resell tickets via VividSeats or StubHub. Pearl Jam is not allowing the transfer of tickets. Tickets on these third party ticket platforms will more than likely be VOIDED.
Fans in North America who can’t attend after purchasing tickets can sell them via Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange. You can try your luck there when the Exchange opens.
Alternatively, you can hit it old school style and show up at the concert when the box office opens and wish upon a star that they release more tickets, or hopefully, another concert-goer has an extra ticket to sell at face-value or even giveaway for free. Trust, this happens more often than not! We’ve given away many tickets to sold-out shows simply because our +1 couldn’t make it. Just expect to walk in with whoever is hooking you up because tickets can’t be transferred.
Also, more standard tickets are often released via Ticketmaster 1-3 days leading up to the show date. We’ve seen it with Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Arctic Monkeys and many more! It’s a secret gatekeeped by many, but if you’re reading this, now you know.
