Summer is back! If you follow Grand performances on Facebook and Insta, they have been dropping some lineup announcements! It’s true! Grand Performances returns to the newly renovated California Plaza for its 35th anniversary of free summer concerts!
Kicking off (IRL) on Friday, July 9 with Ethio Cali featuring Cut Chemist, and wrapping up on Sept. 25 with The Do Over’s 15 year anniversary party — Grand Performances is ready to welcome back some of the best free summer concerts in LA! Also on the lineup: Dilla Fest featuring Talib Kweli, Katzù Oso, SOULECTION, Chola Orange, Brain Story, Subseulo’s 10 Year Anniversary with Los Rakas, Reyna Tropical, Buyepongo, Quitapenas, The Beat Junkies, Ethio Kali, Late Night Laggers, and many more amazing acts and experiences. But before that you can catch online performances featuring incredible talents such as Afro-Cuban pianist and composer Dayramir Gonzalez! And to keep you on your toes, you know Grand Performances has a few tricks up their sleeves. Stay tuned for a surprise performance!
