July 28 & 29 – Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen and Julien Baker at the Greek Theater
With a new album out this year, Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen and Julien Baker are hitting the Greek Theater for a two-night stint July 28-29. Part of a co-headlining tour, this trio of talented songwriters combine their lyrical prowess and unique stage presences to create a one-of-a-kind evening of intimate music. Having collaborated together in the past, Olsen and Van Etten released a single together last year, while Baker dropped her B-Sides EP just last month. Van Etten also released a solo album this year as well.

July 29 – Boyz II Men with TLC at Hollywood Bowl
Acclaimed R&B group Boyz II Men and female powerhouse TLC come to the Hollywood Bowl on July 29 for a night of 90s nostalgia-infused tunes and soulful croons from two of the best R&B bands ever. Following the death of Left Eye in 2002, TLC went on hiatus, but remaining group members T-Boz and Chilli return to move crowds yet again, while Boyz II Men, the best-selling R&B group of all time, are primed to reinvigorate their classic hits.

July 28 – Cayucas at the Troubadour
Upbeat beach indie band Cayucas are set to perform at the Troubadour on July 28. Consisting of twin brothers Zach and Ben Yudin, the duo recently released the single “Topo Ride the Wave,” a summery and bright track perfect for beach days, road trips or lazing around the pool to avoid the heat.

July 29 – Les Claypool at The Ford
Unconventional bassist and founding member of Primus, Les Claypool performs at The Ford on July 29 as part of his Bastard Jazz tour that sees him tinkering with the style of jazz, approaching the music genre from an angle you’d least expect. Claypool brings with him virtuoso drummer Stanton Moore of Galactic, as well as longtime collaborators Mike Dillon and Skerik for what is sure to be a mind blowing, eccentric evening.

July 30 – Leon Bridges at the Kia Forum
Leon Bridges brings his soulful and rich music to the Kia Forum on July 30 with Little Dragon. Bridges’ LA tour date is part of his first-ever headlining amphitheater and arena tour, The Boundless Tour. So far this year, Bridges has already released a new EP, Texas Moon, and two new singles, most recently the smooth and alluring “Summer Moon,” featuring Kevin Kaarl.
