We haven’t done one of these “best of lists” since 2009! I don’t know why it didn’t happen in 2010 … perhaps we were too busy or there just weren’t a lot of babes out-and-about (yeah, right). Aside from the glorious amounts of live music — concerts and music festivals are also a great place to people watch — and by people watch we mean scope out the hotties (and the weirdos).
