September 20 — Daryl Hall & John Oates, Sharon Jones & at Hollywood Bowl
The Hollywood Bowl is poppin’ this September and it just got even better. Best-selling pop, rock n’ soul duo Daryl Hall & John Oates sound as crisp and golden as ever and they’re taking over the Bowl for a searing night of hits such as “You Make My Dreams,” “Sara Smile,” and “Man-eater,” just to name a few. Up-and-coming R&B artist Gallant really knocked our socks off at this year’s SXSW festival and his debut album Ology has been earning him some serious musical street cred. Since then he’s collaborated and played alongside the likes of Sufjan Stevens, Seal and Jack Garratt, covering carefully selected songs for his video series In The Room. September 21 — Dinosaur Jr. at Teragram Ballroom
Indie rock veterans Dinosaur Jr. are hitting the road this Fall in support of their 11th studio album Give A Glimpse Of What Yer Not and Los Angeles fans will be super pleased to hear that they’re playing not one, not two, but three back-to-back shows at Teragram Ballroom, which kicks off on Sept. 21. September 22 — Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats at Greek Theatre
Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats are leading the way when it comes to gutsy indie folk-rock with a soulful R&B twist. Rateliff’s been playing since the late 2000s but really dug in deep and caught some serious traction and critical acclaim with their self-titled album (Stax Records), which features irresistible tracks such as “S.O.B.” and “Wasting Time.” Be sure to arrive early to catch superb supporting acts Jamestown Revival and Tennis.

September 22 — Catfish and the Bottlemen at Wiltern
If you can’t see charismatic UK garage-rockers Catfish and the Bottlemen opening up for Mumford & Sons earlier this month you can check out their headlining show at the Wiltern. Their new album The Ride, featuring the catchy-as-hell single “Soundcheck” has been stuck in our heads and ringing in our ears for months and we couldn’t be more stoked to welcome them back to Los Angeles.

Lo-fi electro-pop duo Crystal Castles are hitting The Observatory stage this September for a must-see show. The duo features songwriter/producer Ethan Kath and newly added vocalist Edith Frances (who replaced former singer Alice Glass).
