Los Angeles bands artists to watch in 2022

Is This Ain’t No Picnic the new FYF? It’s looking like it.

Focusing on up-and-coming artists and indie heavyweights, This Ain’t No Picnic is a nod to one of Goldenvoice’s earliest festivals, launched in Irvine, California in 1999, the same year as Coachella. The youthful exuberance and energy from that festival lives on, as This Ain’t No Picnic 2022 brings together the talent buying team of Goldenvoice’s Stacy Vee, Jenn Yacoubian and Rene Contreras to celebrate all of the artists they love across one glorious weekend.
